Stories from the Hadar HaTorah Alumni Farbrengen with Rabbi Yaakov Goldberg celebrating the Yeshiva’s 50th Anniversary.
A transcript of a farbrengen by Rabbi Yossi Paltiel last year in Melbourne, Australia in honor of Yud-Beis Tammuz.
Yet, on Shavuos the Eibeshter Himself descended with all of His hordes and hosts of angels and declared to us: YOU COUNT! He indicated to us that He desires a dwelling place specifically on this lowly, negligible, insignificant spot in His vast creation. And He wants it to be effected by the conduct of these lowly, unimportant beings – these insignificant specks of humanity. That is to say: you and I!

Immediately following Chof Zayin Adar, the concern and davening of the Chassidim was peppered with a liberal amount of faith, hope and optimism. Many were speculating about whether we would see the Rebbe by Purim; Yud Aleph Nissan was not even a question in anyone’s mind. We had seen clearly enough that the Rebbe was not confined to the limitations of natural laws.
L’chaim! May we all join forces to combat Amalek, beginning with the one contained within each of us, and through that, obliterate the evil in the world, and may this Purim be overshadowed by the greater Geula with the coming of Moshiach Tzidkeinu Teikef U’miyad Mamash!
For 9 Adar, the day the Rebbe Rayatz came to the “lower hemisphere” in 1940, we present another chapter from the stories Chassidim tell about the Rebbe Rayatz. * From the notes of R’ Avrohom Weingarten a”h, l’ilui nishmas his son R’ Matisyahu Aryeh Leib, Hy”d
Yes, everyone is busy getting ready for Pesach, cleaning, giving out shmura matza, etc., but Yud-Alef Nissan is Yud-Alef Nissan!
