FROM ACCESSORY TO INTEGRATION

We’ve already established that Yisro connotes to not rest on our laurels. What is the difference between the Yeser stage of his life and the Yisro stage? Both stages involve adding on; in the case of Yeser it is contributing a section of the Torah and in the case of Yisro it involved converting to Judaism. These terrorists are only a cover for the real issue: the developing treaty between the government of Israel and the PLO. While the latter supports terrorist violence to this very day, the former continues to grant it nominal status as a peace-loving human rights organization.

HOLINESS VS. IMPURITY

Erev Shabbos Chanuka in Eilat. As the number of people putting on t’fillin at the seashore shopping center exceeded one hundred and fifty(!), the T’mimim at the mivtzaim stand never imagined that there would be more and bigger surprises in store for them.
