and many praises to Hashem for fulfilling what He promised to us

טו. ק֤וֹל ׀ רִנָּ֬ה וִישׁוּעָ֗ה בְּאָהֳלֵ֥י צַדִּיקִ֑ים יְמִ֥ין יְ֝הֹוָ֗ה עֹ֣שָׂה חָֽיִל׃ |
A voice of singing praises and salvation: will in the future be in the tents of the righteous, and what is that voice of singing praises? “The right hand of the L-rd deals valiantly.” They will sing, “The right hand of the L-rd is exalted, etc.” |

קוֹל רִנָּה וִישׁוּעָה. תִּהְיֶה לֶעָתִיד בְּאָהֳלֵי צַדִּיקִים. וּמַהוּ קוֹל הָרִנָּה? – “יְמִין ה עֹשָׂה חָיִל יְמִין ה’ רוֹמֵמָה וְגוֹ’”: |

טז. יְמִ֣ין ה’ רוֹמֵמָ֑ה יְמִ֥ין ה’ עֹ֣שָׂה חָֽיִל׃ |
The right hand of the L-rd is exalted: The Midrash Aggadah states: The Holy One, blessed be He, created the celestial beings with His right hand; therefore, death has no power over them; as it says (Isa. 48:13): “Even my hand laid the foundation of the earth.” This is the left hand. “And My right hand measured the heavens with handbreadths.” This is the right hand. Similarly, the Psalmist says: “The right hand of the L-rd is exalted,” that created those [that are] in the heights of the world. That is the right hand of the L-rd that will make armies of righteous men in the future, and also with it [the right hand] He will resurrect them and they will live forever. And then, I shall not die, but I shall live forever. |

The Ibn Ezra explains that the phrase “Yemin Hashem” is repeated three times, to emphasize that it’s meaning — that Hashem’s power alone can make things happen, and not man’s — will be repeated time after time.
Two Right Hands
This kapitel is part of Hallel. On Pesach night in the Haggada we say Hallel in two parts, the first one is called Hallel Hamitzri (“the Egyptian Hallel”) named after the part praising Hashem for taking us out of Egypt (“B’tzeis Yisrael miMitzrayim – when Israel went out of Egypt”), and and the second part, which is recited near the end of the seder.
This second part is associated with the future Redemption.
Several verses in the kapitel signify this, one being the passuk “Yemin Hashem”:
At the exodus from Egypt, Hashem employed “His strong hand and outstretched arm.” Kabbalistic sources associate the “hand” with the right and the “arm” with the left, corresponding to the sefiros of Chesed and Gevurah, respectively.
Whereas at the future Redemption, as this passuk suggests, there will be two right hands — “The right hand of Hashem is exalted; the right hand of Hashem deals valiantly.”
This is reference to the revelation of the level of Atik which will then take place. Of Atik it is said that “there is no left in this Atik.”
[The “left” signifies Gevurah (severity and judgment) which comes to be through a contraction of concealment of G-dliness, hence at the Redemption, when “your teacher will no longer be covered” the concept of “left” will no longer exist and will be transformed to a second “right,” signifying an even more powerful (Gevurah also means “powerful”) Divine blessing and revelation.] — Based on the sicha of Achron shel Pesach 5726

The Alter Rebbe explains that truly no evil comes from Hashem; even what appears as suffering is really good. It is only that its full meaning is not revealed, and it therefore appears as bad and painful. This is signified by using the name Y-H which is the incomplete beginning of the full name of Hashem, Y-H-V-H, to attribute the suffering to. — Likkutei Torah on Chukas, p. 62a
Why Won’t I Die?
The Malbim explains that “Hashem has chastised me” is the reason why “He has not delivered me to death,” for the sufferings Hashem brings upon a person, atone for his sins and he is therefore spared from death.
