He was the spirit of life amongst Askanei Chabad in the United States. He was one of the founders of Agudas HaT’mimim, one of the directors of Agudas Chassidei Chabad, the teacher and guide of the Achei and Achos HaT’mimim, and the one who served as the contact man between Anash in the United States and the Rebbe Rayatz, the secretaries and the yeshivos in Europe.
